My Kia had an oil change, and it keeps saying to change oil. We brought it in for service and were told they would have to contat Kia to fix. Then I get an email saying I missed my appointment and I did not. Still have not heard anything.

I wouldn’t recommend this place if it’s the last dealership in New Jersey.. stay far away from this place. The salesman/women are top notch and deserve they flowers but upper management is trash and unprofessional and make sure you read all paperwork because they make you e sign documents and I was a victim of fraudulent activities with my documents. You’ve been warned!!!!!!
