Mr Jose Perez was excellent to work with. He is incredibly patient and kind and truly went above and beyond. He truly cares about his clients and really listens to his them and doesn’t stop until he finds the right house for them. If we ever decide to buy another house mr Jose Perez will always be our first choice.

Jose and Tonia were awesome in the process of purchasing my home. Everything from the offer to title company and closing happened without hiccup and I made sure I got documents to them as they asked for them. I figured I can only complete what I had any control over so I made sure I provided anything Jose and Tonia asked for during the process.
