Nice facilities, nice staff and nice knowledgeable doctor. I would recommend this practice. Update: Unfortunately, as of the end of 2019, Dr. Fetner has retired.
I was referred to Dr Fetner for follow up after prostrate cancer treatment. My previous urologist was extremely proactive with follow up. ie: asking health related questions, performing periodic digital exams, insuring I was had the meds I needed. All Dr Fetner did for me was draw blood for a biannual PSA test. I was expected to remind his office when Meds needed to be reordered, and I went three years without an actual digital prostate exam.
I don’t usually write reviews, but Dr. Fetner was awful. He spent three minutes with me and did not give me any feedback about my symptoms, just told me to take Azo. $170 for that. Don’t waste your time.
Fetner Urology is a great office. Dr. Fetner is a fast and efficient doctor, and an excellent surgeon. Dr Fetner performed a TUMT to decrease my prostate size to allow a smooth flow and decrease in hesitation. I am very happy with my result, and I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a new Urologist in the DFW area.
