Dr. Fetner and staff are always helpful and understanding with patients schedules. Dr. Fetner work is always ABOVE and AWESOME. HE TRULY CARES ABOUT THE QUALITY OF WORK HE DOES AND IT SHOWS.
I discovered my crown was loose and was getting ready to go on a cruise. Left a message over the weekend and the staff got me right in. I had to had the old crown removed and a temp put in place. I have been coming to Dr.Fetner for 15 years and could not say enough positive things about him and how he cares for his patients. His staff is amazing too!
Dr Fetner’s group is by far the best dental practice I have ever known. Forever it seemed that I bounced from practice to practice looking for a good experience and now I have been seeing Dr Fetner for more years than I can count. Shannon, the hygienist I see is such a joy to be around that I actually look forward to my cleaning every six months. Im happy I chose Dr Fetner and his team as my dentist. My experience has been a wonderful one. He and his staff is very Professional, informative, caring, friendly and awesome all the way around. I highly recommend to everyone! Love everyone there.
All I can say is… very professional men and women work there, made sure I was in tune with each step of the procedure they were doing. One of the best dentist I have encountered here in Jacksonville Florida. I have been going to Dr Fetner for over 10 years now and I am very well please. The staff is knowledgeable, Courteous and friendly.
I love it here. It feels like I get to visit with friends when I’m there. They remember what we talked about the previous visit and ask about my family. They also do an excellent job of explaining procedure and after care instructions. They make me feel comfortable to be able to call and ask questions. I definitely love having Dr Fetner as my new dentist he is kind and knows what he is doing for sure. I feel like I can trust his judgements and recommendations 150%

Dr. Fetner has been my dentist for 13 years. Not many people can say they love going to the dentist, but I do. Everyone in the office is wonderful, without exception. They are a great team, who all really enjoy each other and it shows. Dr. Fetner was instrumental in saving all of my teeth, which my prior periodontist wanted to pull. I will never go anywhere else.
