Wife booked an appointment on Thursday. We were told drop off time is 9-10am (as your voicemail reads) or 3-4:00pm (as your voicemail reads). I have called 11 times in 3 days. 4 voicemails and not one returned call. I drive up there three separate occasions. In between the allotted hours. Noone answers phones noone answers the doors. Tried to support this small business today. Will never happen. Showed up for an appointment Saturday for my 2 dogs at 10:00am that I booked on Tuesday and was confirmed Friday morning at 8:51am. Was told we had no appointment and that no one ever called me to confirm - no room for my dogs. Verified it was the correct location by double checking the phone number that called me. Awesome people and crew. Love the doggies of this place. Very clean and sanitary, feel confident that your furball will be well taken care of
We’ve boarded our huskies at Fetch Pet Resort for a few months now, and we all love it! The dogs get excited whenever we pull up, and I enjoy receiving their report cards via email or text. They’re always so welcoming, and accommodating with my huskies’ personalities. We’ve also never had issues when it came to booking reservations.. even at the last minute.
