Yes - I too felt that ACC was all nice and professional when I walked in but it wasn't until we had "our" complete experience that I was so discusted! We were lied to so they could make as much money off of us as possible. They play off your feelings. One of the nurses came to us and told us the truth about what was going on behind the scenes.
