The management is nice and responsive. However, the retired elderly man who came in every other day to care for 2 cats was not capable. His actions led to the burglar system going off which then involved police coming over and us getting a call while we were overseas at 1am, getting us all stressed out. Upon our return he failed to attend to the litter and there were petrified cat poops all over the room. Plants were over watered and drowning. Would not hire this man again. I have used Fetch for almost 6 months now, and they've been fantastic! Communication is good, and timely. They care deeply about animals, and it shows in their manner and interaction with my dog. I love that they are a local pet care company, and teacher owned.
Our cats are so loved and greet either Sarah or Donna when they come in. The written communication and the pictures they leave for us is so reassuring knowing our cats are receiving the care they need.
So professional , prompt , and great communication.
