If I can give this company negative stars I would. After approving and confirming an appointment to see a property, I text them to let them know I've arrived. Right after I get a text telling me the apartment is not for showing. After texting back and asking to speak to a manager, I had to wait for a follow-up call over the weekend. They worked with us fairly well, we did have some hoops we had to jump through but fairly decent they work with people just make sure you have the money you need, make sure you have good rental history and make sure you have an income.
The worst communication I have ever experienced. They sent pest control INTO THE HOUSE WITHOUT NOTICE. I wouldn't have even known if I didn't come home as he was leaving. THIS WAS A VIOLATION OF MY LEASE. Getting any kind of response from Fetch has been like pulling teeth. They constantly get my unit mixed up with the neighbors'. They take no accountability.
