Unprofessional. About 10 people were booked to view an apartment at the same time, viewing agent was about 40 min late just to come and tell everyone that the apartment is not available anymore
Handled situation from pass landlord very professionally. Scheduling was easy. Work from crew was beyond amazing. Thank you so much, you guys handled a problem that I had for two years in about 20 mins. Great work <3
Their turnaround time to answer questions, takes 15+ days. Overall their service sucks
I would not recommend renting from this property management. They have upped the rent which is ridiculous. The place is trashed, the grass never gets cuts and there’s homeless people living in a RV in the parking lot they still have done nothing about. The walls are so cheaply done. I’ve called about a bathroom door I’ve been asking for and nothing in return. If they want to charge more for rent they should probably fix the place up first but instead it’s a piece of crap.
Jamie Hoffman left and ever since it is so hard to communicate with this Agency. You also used to be able to go to the office and now they won’t even open the door if you are outside you have to make an appointment remind you to get ahold of someone to make an appointment it’s nearly impossible but late fees are charged immediately.They never answer emails ! Jamie had made the experience so pleasant now I feel like I will never rent through an agency again.
