Reliable, responsive, and always professional.
Don't waste your time with this company. they are the worst at responding and the communication you do get is terrible. maintenance is awful. our apartment is crappy and doesn't even have one window we can open. literally no windows open. should have been a red flag but i overlooked it. also the kitchen has no ventilation. everything is old and i pay over 1000 for basically an efficiency. They just sold our property and now we have another landlord probably because they were tired of dealing with all the tenants complaining.... read more
While working with fetch over the last four plus years, they have been fair and diligent when it came to maintenance requests and handling them well.
One of my most recent melds(problems)was handled and was handled in a non-timely manner but did what they said they would do.
