The sonographers and ultrasound staff is nice , however due to technical issues they always run 1-2 hours late in appts
I always have a very bad experience with the receptionists, they are rude and hang up the phone without saying “by ,have a good day”.The organization of appointments at this clinic is very bad, they are always 2 hours late for appointments. When I call the reception to change the appointment time, the receptionists sigh all the time and I have to make my own schedule as they want. Don’t recommend this clinic.
We have chosen this hospital for our second baby as their fetal research center is lead by one of the greatest doctors there is who we saw privately for our first born boy. We went for the 12weeks scan today and could not have been more impressed by the level of care and attention from all the team members we encountered.
