Expect long wait times as you are allocated to a specific room and if that runs late or has technically issues you sit even longer with no information from reception unless you complain about the wait times. While the ultrasound technicians obviously have to focus on getting all measurements, patient care and attention is not great. You will have to actively ask if all is okay or wait to get your results printed or uploaded. This kind of leaves you with an uneasy feeling.
2nd floor - 2hr wait with no prior warning, no updates for a scan appointment. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. The reception is run by two dragons who are rude, arrogant and disrespectful.
Two hours delay!
Good luck Mamas. Expect the receptionists to be unfriendly, unhelpfully and not knowing the words; hello, sorry for the delay, good bye. Please replace them with check-in machines. You certainly will sit and wait well over an hour past your appointment time before anyone is coming to call you in. Of course reception couldn't care less to inform you about any delays. This booking system is always overbooking what causes this massive delays. Once you get called in though the sonographer take good care of you.
Another bad appointment experience. The hospital is over loaded and to be told today there is people flying in from abroad to be seen is just crazy! First scan appointment I was here 3 hours then today being told delayed again from 40 minutes. This is not good service and something needs to change the experience and patient experience is poor. You should be given the option to have scans elsewhere that can run on time and have good patient experience. Very disappointing.
