My OB sent out a referral about a month ago, since im high risk, they never called me to set an appointment. I recently went back to my OB for my 20 week scan and the ultrasound tech couldn't really see the baby's heart, so they told me that I need to keep calling MFM to set an appointment with Dr. Warren. The receptionist at this office needs to be replaced. Horrible customer service and doesn’t need to be setting appointments nor answering phones.
Receptionist could be more compassionate and kind when it comes to dealing with pregnant women. I had a bad experience with the receptionist. The nurse who took my blood pressure was kind. I was expecting all the women in the office too be compassionate and kind. I hope others have a better experience.
Jullian was so sweet and informative during the ultrasound process.
