My first appt was at the Dallas location, Dr Gore was great. But the sono tech was awful, made me feel so uncomfortable and would not stop talking about himself. HERE at the McKinney location I felt so comfortable and welcomed! Dr Holmes was super sweet. And our sono tech, Cheyenne (sorry if I spelled wrong) was 10/10. She was thorough, kind and made sure the appt was about us. Thank you (: can’t wait to come back
Horrible experience. I drove over 25 minutes , checked in and waited 15 minutes before being told no kids allowed in the waiting room or back offices. Was never told this when I booked the appointment in person with my daughter with me nor was I told this when they called to confirm my appt. I then expressed that I do not have care nor do I have anyone with me that is able to watch her and I was told “well the services is optional”.. completely rude n no compassion. They charged me for the visit, saying that my insurance wouldn’t cover it, but it did cover. They promised to send a refund, it’s been over 5 month since that, they keep saying that it’s on the way, but I never received it. Liars and scammers
First time patient today almost past the room bc it’s so dark in waiting room it looked closed. There is no front desk to check you in you have to wait for a medical assistant to come and check the sign in sheet- I have been waiting over an hour and so far not a good experience. Two people went in before me that I was here before them when I asked the doctor why have I not been called back yet? She said I didn’t sign in and I was marked as missed my appointment.
