Although the outside of Festival Park looks nice, the apartments are a maintenance nightmare but more importantly the front office administration is a nightmare. The turnover rate at the leasing/ front office administration and maintenance office is ridiculous. Attitude The front office receptionist person is very disrespectful and completely unprofessional.
