Although the outside of Festival Park looks nice, the apartments are a maintenance nightmare but more importantly the front office administration is a nightmare. The turnover rate at the leasing/ front office administration and maintenance office is ridiculous. Attitude The front office receptionist person is very disrespectful and completely unprofessional. Bugs, neighbors, safety, and maintenance… I have lived here for over a year and at first glance these look like very nice, renovated apartments. However, they have a LIST of issues. BUGS- My partner and I moved in during the fall/winter and it wasn’t until spring time that we started seeing little brown bugs everywhere. All over the floors near the trim, on the walls, ceiling. Wouldn’t recommend Property is poorly maintained inside and out. Maintenance tickets go unanswered. Parking is unassigned, and limited. Very noisy, and walls are paper thin. Railroad track runs directly behind the apartments, and causes them to shake.
