S/O to New London Festival Foods for always being awesome. Once I left my wallet in the cart, and they kept it safe until I came for it. Today the bagger forgot to put a few items in my bag, I went back for them and they made it right. Thanks guys!
Nice clean store, much better selection than the local competition, but pricier and weekly sales not as good as the Pig. Plus, this store is locally owned, so they don’t accept coupons from other Festival stores. Bummer.
They should probably teach the employees what "customer service" means. When a customer asks if you have something, the response shouldn't be "if you didn't see any over there, then we probably don't have any" Well thanks for the help!
I really love our Festival store here, but I really think some of the young kids working there could use some "maturity" and "professionalism" training. Probably not the best idea to state "Jesus Christ " to someone pushing their cart up because they are buying a lot of food....and throwing and rubbing someone's bread and other grocery items while bagging isn't the greatest idea either. Fresh produce, well stocked...good assortment of Organic and Friendly Staff!
Overall a decent store... But for the second time I have bought fish, (Quite pricey) and got it home to find it was bad... Do your employees not have a sense of smell??? For what you charger for Walleye it needs to be good...
Great store. Mike and Ted coppersmith do an amazing job running the store. They are also great bosses and I am happy to have worked for them.
