DO NOT RENT HERE unless you are ok with paying $175 for cleaning the apartment when you vacate! I had no issues with this complex until I left. They charged me to clean the apartment even after I cleaned it causing me not to receive my security deposit.The property manager said that's what they charge everybody and the regional manager is no help! The lease agreement states that they can hire a third party if the apartment is soiled beyond normal wear and the apartment wasn't.... They are refusing to give me back my security... read more
