After being a customer of Festi’s for many years, and having an automatic fill plan my senior mother was left to a freezing cold home because Festi’s did not refill her oil. Representatives claimed the driveway was unsuitable for oil delivery. Festi’s did not attempt to contact my mother at any point to let her know that her oil was not delivered, leaving her in the cold, scrambling at the last minute to find someone to deliver her oil.
