Good, but inconsistent I have eaten at Festejos several times and the food CAN be delicious, but it is inconsistent. Sometimes the food is amazing and sometimes it's just okay. The service can also be iffy, which seems odd since it never seems too crowded. The prices are great and the value is excellent if you get there on a good day.
THE BEST Mexican food in Clayton Festejos is hands down THE BEST Mexican food in Clayton. I eat there about 3 or 4 times a month. The prices are slightly higher than other places, but EVERYHING is fresh made and is delicious. I have never eaten anything there that wasnât great. The staff is friendly and did I mention the food is WORTH the few pennies more that you will spend. GREAT salsa and cheese dip too !
Festejos Festejos is a great little Mexican restaurant! I think they have the best salsa out of any of the Mexican restaurants in Clayton. The service is super fast and also friendly. I haven't gotten anything there I didn't like. They also make a good margarita! I would recommend coming here!
Festejos guac is the best Tuesday 1.99 margaritas rock. The guacamole = WIN They have the standard texmex faire, but if you want the good stuff try something like the skirt steak or the ceviche or the roast pork. If you like guacamole, you'll definitely want to get Festejos guac. They bring all the ingredients out on a platter and make it fresh at your table in a giant mortar & pestal to your tastes. Awesome.
Festejos Festejos is a great Mexican restaurant in Clayton. They have good salsa and chips and one of the best burritos around. They also have good drink specials on certain nights. I would recommend coming here.
Festejos food is above average Had a late dinner at Festejos on Main Street in Clayton...very impressed with the food, atmosphere, clean bathrooms and service. They actually use fresh ingredients. Love it and will definitely make it my # 1 Mexican food restaurant. You must try this place.

This is the bomb diggity of Mexican food restaurants. Great tasting food, excellent service, authentic atmosphere, and very clean bathrooms. They actually prepare the food with fresh ingredients. Haven't had Mexican food this good in decades.
have eaten there over a dozen times. each dish superb. as a transplant from ny festejos stands up to the best in nyc at a third of the price. salsa to die for. as a bonus military and over 65 get 15% off. have to go now and finish my leftovers from yesterday.
