Tried to rent from them back in January 2025 of course got a great job decent credit and it’s just me and my child… paid the app fee, and got all the documents to them in a timely manner. Very rude, don't fix anything and lies about everything
Don't know about the "fake 5 star reviews". Look at the likes beside each review, you'll see a pattern. This place doesn't clean their rentals very good, dirty. Unwilling to work with the tenants, get paid 3 days past rent date? 25$ a day, they refuse to work with you. They do the bare minimum and act like their rentals are immaculate. Complete joke of a real estate place but, this is Leesville after all, so the bar is pretty low and Fertitta gladly crawls under that bar.
I love Fertitta real estate. Always professional and kind. Handle issues with property quickly. Has been a pleasure renting with them....I highly recommend them for your housing needs!
