The service I received from the beautiful dr Irena, the most wonderful nurses and the best embryologist team was perfect. And the happy reception ladies with the bowl of chocolates :) After moving to this clinic I felt the care straight away and was always looked after in every way. I was with another clinic for a few years and then moved to Fertility Tasmania where we was blessed with our beautiful son with only about 12 months in. They do make dreams come true. I will be forever grateful for all the services they provide.
Dr Nikakis is an absolute gem. Respectful and kind hearted. The admin staff leave a lot to be desired. Days late passing on messages, not sending referrals and not writing down critical notes are just part of the issue.
The service we have received has been incredible, all staff go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and supported during some of the hardest years of our life. Irena was always thinking of the the next thing to try and getting us closer and closer to bringing our baby home. After 4 years she is here 😍 we always knew that if irena couldn’t do it, no one could! We have always trusted her 100% and it paid off! Can not recommend highly enough.
Could not be happier with the process and outcome. After a number of lacklustre experiences with another provider, the difference in services provided after moving to Fertility Tasmania was immediately apparent. Dr Irena Nikakis really takes the time to listen and properly understand your concerns and acts promptly and decisively. She is empathetic and goes far beyond expectations to ensure her clients are well cared for and informed at all times. An amazing doctor, and also a lovely and caring person.
