We contacted this company at the beginning of June 2024 by both phone and email as we learned they are using the address of our coworking facility without paying for it. While mistakes happen, it has been a month with no response and they are continuing to use our address without consent. We are hoping this is an administrative oversight and would love to have them contact us to rectify this problem.

We were set on Fertility Match as soon as I spoke to Lisa on the phone. She was so warm and caring, and made my husband and I feel like we were more than just customers. We felt like she was with us at every step of our donation journey, which was so helpful to us.
When I first spoke with Fertility Match, I was concerned about the level of service I would receive since I am on the West Coast. That was an unfounded concern to say the least. Lisa, Liz and Mercedes were extremely helpful, informative and supportive the entire time. They proved to me that location does not matter.
