She is a very professional doctor. Every OBGYN I've went to made my issue feel as if it wasnt there problem and it took me calling around to find her. Shes amazing and I would recommend her to any couple needing help 5 stars !
Do NOT spend thousands of dollars with these people. There are other endocrinologists in Louisville that you can go to that actually care. From the beginning, the phone conversations were rushed and we felt apologetic about even wasting their time with simple questions. The communication was so poor that I was on steroids for two months (prescription refilled) when I wasn't supposed to even be on steroids until the embryo transfer. I absolutely love Dr. Archer she’s amazing and she works hard and she genuinely cares about her patients. My only complaint when I was an active patient is that her office staff was rude. She had one lady there that was nice but the other was always rude and hateful. Unfortunately the nicer one no longer works there. This time around I have literally been trying to get in touch with the office to set up an appointment as I’ve lost 70lbs my body is ready!
