Update: Northwestern Medical is by far more professional and competent. They did not give us the run around & they provided proper standard hormone supplements from the start. Once we branched out a consulted a few more places we found providing these supplements from the start is standard practice. Every other doctor questioned why our past physician at FCI would not provide this from start. With FCI it’s a game of how long they can string you along and milk you for more $. I’m a “repeat customer” at FCI since 2023. When I returned for treatment today, I was very happy to see Jay (the ultrasound tech) and Angel (the phlebotomist) in the office. These ladies are kind, knowledgeable, and total professionals. It’s a bummer to need treatment, but these two are a total bright spot in the process!
Angel and Jay made me feel extremely comfortable during my ultrasound. Highly recommend this center.
Angel was very nice, along with the rest of the staff.
