I had the most wonderful consultation session with Dr. Green. She is SO very sweet, genuine, and I could feel how much she genuinely cares. To say she took her time is an understatement. We spoke about every single thought and concern I had, and she explained things fully. The front desk admin that checked me in was also very sweet and friendly, same with the financial advisor (Celeste). Dr. Miller asked me if I would be willing to donate my eggs to another couple during first visit. Dr. Miller was willing to repeat ineffective treatment regimens indefinitely (literally month after month, costing $$$$) unless we pushed him to review our case. HIPAA violations from office staff: calling out name and procedure across patient waiting room.
