The ONLY reason I am even giving this clinic a 1 star is because they brought me my son and my daughter. Which is HUGE of course considering this IS a fertility clinic. The only TWO people I can speak highly of at this clinic is Jan and Dr. Putman. Jan is the most wonderful and heart warming person you will ever encounter. I can’t say enough positive things about this center. The entire staff is amazing. They are always there to help answer questions and make sure you are supported. Dr. Putman and Dr. Zhang are exceptional and always go the extra mile help you succeed.
I was terrified to begin the process of looking into our troubles with fertility, and put it off for months. I wish I had known what compassionate and professional care that I would have received because I went to see Dr. Putman and his team.
