They don’t look for answers just push ridiculously overpriced IVF. Every time you walk through the door you’ll get a $300 bill in the mail. Skip this place.
I don’t even know where to start. They have been amazing since the first day I spoke with Michelle. She was kind, very informative of what we needed to do before our appointment. My husband went alone to his appointment and he said the girls made him feel great, by the time he walked in he said it wasn’t awkward anymore. Whomever was working 2/2/23 thank you!! We just had our 1st Christmas with our miracle baby and I could not be more thankful for WVFI. After a failed IVF cycle somewhere else, we were told there was nothing more to be done. Dr. Y. and Crystal really made us feel like there was hope again. Crystal was always there to answer my questions any time of the day. I really felt like she was just as invested in our success as we were. I recommend WVFI to anyone I come across who struggles with fertility. They really went above and beyond to make our dreams come true.
Prior to coming to WVFI I had struggled with a local doctor in Beckley WV. Multiple IUIs and no answers. I found Crystal and Gabby and knew at my very first appointment that I was finally at the place where I would become a mama.
