The doctors are wonderful. Once you're inside, the nurses are great. But if you're not physically in the office, the ladies you talk to seem like they do not want to help, or even speak to you. The nurses on the phone speak to me like i've never been there before, and that they know how my body reacts better than I do. I call and leave voicemails requesting a call back to discuss next steps, and the response I receive is a small response in my portal that doesn't even have the option to reply. FAM is a wonderful environment to work at. I enjoy watching different stories come through the door and being part of each patients journey as they move forward in our clinic. I especially enjoy hearing the cheers and excitement coming from the back of the clinic when our patients graduate and leave with the biggest smiles and happy tears on their faces.
