Update as of July ‘25: Maintenance is not a priority of this company as many requests have gone unresolved or unfinished , which would be totally understandable if a certain degree of professionalism is maintained. Today I was cussed out over the phone by the assistant to director of properties, Alyssa. Direct quotes included: “what is your damn problem” “you’re stupid” “you don’t know anything”. 1871 Pacific Ave, Long Beach, CA 90806 a property of Fertig & Gordon., Co. My baby daughter's 1st apartment. Did the walk-through with my daughter. Management promised they fix this and that! Fast forward 9 months later. The property is the worst. Neighbors are changing the locks on the main front gate to the property. Homeless tenants are sleeping in the corridors of the entrance ways into the apartments.
