As tenants, we have had a mostly very good experience with F&G. Kelly is always professional and courteous, repairs are scheduled promptly, and the workmen they contract are experienced and efficient. Our water heater broke suddenly on a Sunday evening and the fault was diagnosed and a new valve controller fitted by 3pm next day. Thanks for that.
I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank Alissa, Michele, Rommell, and the entire team at Fertig and Gordon. Alissa and the staff have been nothing but amazing to us from the very beginning.
