Poor management of property. Maintenance tickets have gone ignored. My account has been deactivated for rent not received when there was a 0 balance on Nov 1st. Nobody is calling me back. Guess they don’t want their rent 🤷♂️
Ferdig and Gordon have been managing the complex I live in I’ve been here for 3 to 4 years and they’ve always been very quick to get a job taken care of this last issue was a plumbing problem. I couldn’t rectify it myself and it was kind of an emergency because I couldn’t get the toilet to respond to me in anyway whatsoever and they had somebody out there in a hour on a Sunday! Update as of July ‘25: Maintenance is not a priority of this company as many requests have gone unresolved or unfinished , which would be totally understandable if a certain degree of professionalism is maintained. Today I was cussed out over the phone by the assistant to director of properties, Alyssa. Direct quotes included: “what is your damn problem” “you’re stupid” “you don’t know anything”.
