As tenants, we have had a mostly very good experience with F&G. Kelly is always professional and courteous, repairs are scheduled promptly, and the workmen they contract are experienced and efficient. Our water heater broke suddenly on a Sunday evening and the fault was diagnosed and a new valve controller fitted by 3pm next day. Thanks for that.
