Ferschke Construction came highly recommended for replacing our roof shingles. They responded immediately when I first contacted them, and followed through quickly with an appointment to look at the job. Our property manager looked at the plan and costs, and confirmed the quote met industry standards. A Dumpster and materials were delivered exactly as scheduled. Corey Ferschke was recommended to me by my sister. She gave his company (and him) glowing references for the work they did for her. I agree totally with her opinion and assessment. Corey is very professional. He shows up when he says he will (usually early). His work is top notch. He has done a roof with gutters and downspouts.
