I loved the gym until I had to move out of state, I wasn’t available to go with my wife in person and close the account due to traveling with my company so she scheduled to meet with them herself. They were extremely rude to her whew trying to do so. Great gym, horrible staff.
I hate to give this gym a bad review because I do love the people here and the environment, but their lack of communication and cancellation follow through far exceeds the good. I spoke with one of the employees 9/3/2025 (I get charged the 5th monthly) to cancel my membership. She stated that the people who cancel are not there at the moment and their policy is 30 days notice so I will get charged for September. I accepted that and she wrote my number down to cancel. Gb3 is way better
Has all essential equipment you may need, its never unbearably packed and the few encounters with staff were vary pleasant! Great gym overall, highly recommend.
