So thankful we found Zach! First of all, he is the warmest, friendliest mechanic we’ve ever had....but more importantly he has done excellent work on all of our vehicles and he is trustworthy. He charges a fair rate and doesn’t nickel-and-dime like some others.
Zach is the most trustworthy and dependable mechanic I’ve had, and I’ve seen the good, bad and ugly. He takes a lot of pride in his work and garage, which is evident walking into his place and seeing how clean he keeps it and receiving the best service every time. I appreciate his thorough communication and transparency throughout projects. I highly recommend him to anyone!
Took our 2013 Volvo there for routine maintenance. The service was performed quickly and suggestions were made for further maintenance. No high pressure sales. Will definitely be bringing our car back.
Zach was very accommodating with our crazy schedule and very patient with us when we needed to provide documentation on the trailer. Zach was very personable and certainly made us feel like family! He’s wonderful, thorough and gave us quotes for repairs and parts before replacing. I highly recommend him!
if u people are sick of disrespectful mechanics I highly recommend Zack from ferris he is a pure gentleman with his customers and very honest and that's hard to come now a days.i finally found a good mechanic
I highly recommend Zach! He's respectful, reliable and responsible. I live hours away and able to coordinate with him to service my sister's car. He was able to fit her in to his schedule last minute. He completed the repair quicker and cheaper than his initial quote, and other garages, saving my sister time and money!
