Damaged my property then threatened to put a lean on my house. Huge ruts in my yard from driving the boom lift without putting plywood sheets underneath. Dropped the TPO rolls on the roof and cracked my plaster ceilings. Then left bricks in front of my scuppers which caused further damage to the interior of my house during the first record rainfall after the job. Unprofessional crew who badmouthed the company and pricing. Zero accountability for any of the issues.
Kevin Smith is the best! He explained everything as the process went along and made it painless. We were so impressed with the professionalism of the entire crew. 😊
The customer service was outstanding, and the final product was better than we expected. Would give 6 stars, if it were an option!
