laura is definitely very kind and caring but her and her staff need to get their line of work together.. she always has to look up what medication she should give out because she doesn’t know?? my daughter was tested there for flu and tested negative but they swabbed only the tip of her nose the same day i took her to a different clinic and she tested positive how inconvenient. she always has to ask what medicine do i want for my daughter or what kind i need am i the dr or are you?
new patient appointment, and the whole vibe was off. it seemed unprofessional and inconsistent starting with the NPI number registering in mansfield. we walked out, i can’t risk my children’s health here.
We love Dr.Elkins she’s wonderful. I definitely recommend her to everyone
