Calise is the only reason I live here. She has built such a beautiful and welcoming community for all the residents. This is home because of her and all she does for me and all her residents “ family” as she calls them.
I've lived at Ferris Park Towers for four years. I have really enjoyed my time here. I have a spacious studio apartment with an incredible view. The building is older but any maintenance issue I've had (clogged drain, light switch no longer working) have all been addressed quickly and efficiently. As in any city, crime in the downtown area seems to be higher, but that isn't a reflection on FPT. I have never felt unsafe here. FPT has a truly amazing building manager, Calise.
