I have been renting coworking space at the Ferris building at 118 Turnpike Rd in Southborough, and have been very happy. Aeriela was very flexible in meeting with me to provide multiple tours, she was patient as I worked through selecting an office space, talking through design ideas from many furniture options, and even making sure to have a new desk brought into my office before I moved into the space last month. Very happy with my experience with Ferris Development so far at the Beehive on Route 9 in Southborough. My primary contact person has been Aeriela, and she has always been incredibly responsive, pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. All of my other interactions with everyone I've communicated with there have been similar. There have been a couple of times where I've needed to pop in their office, and the overall "buzz" "vibe" felt like the staff had a good rapport with each other, which is incredibly important for a solid wo... read more
