I have never done business with this company before. However, if the lack of professionalism and courtesy the technicians show while on the road is a reflection of how this company functions, I am glad I am not a customer. This morning one of their work vehicles not only cutting me off, they then proceeded to flip me off and drive erratically on our merge from the I10 to the 60. We have a really tough start to this relationship when they put two new units in the house but they didn't effectively hook up the units so after 7 attempts to install them correctly we finally had AC blowing into the house instead of superstition mountain. Now less than a year later, a unit is out. Super frustrating experience with them so far.
