I've worked for Ferrill for almost 7 years. In that time, it has been a pleasure to work with them and the developers and homeowners that became clients. The subs they use are great! The finished project, whether a new build or an addition to an existing home the result is amazing! Look through the web site at the beautiful homes built or remodeled by Ferrill Construction. While no construction job is without a few bumps along the way, both Heather and David are responsive to correct those and get the project back on track.
Yesterday on June 13 I was riding my bike over Gandy bridge when I got a flat tire. I was pushing it over to the Tampa side when Adam Fogg of Ferrill Construction Co stopped and helped me. He didn't have to stop but he did. Probably hundreds of car drove by me but he was the only one that stopped and helped a 67 year old. He put the bike in the back of the truck, then gave me a bottle of water. He took me about a mile down the road to a bike shop and wouldn't take any money for helping me. Thank you.

Worst experience! I would never use this construction company again. The subpar work that was done on my new construction home was unbelievable. I have had to pay quality contractors to fix all of their errors.

Our custom home was suppose to be everything that we envisioned when we hired this construction company. The process was a nightmare with the worst subcontractors you can even imagine. Our home has had to be redone by quality contractors to fix all the errors that occurred. Beyond disappointed
