Showed to my house unprepared with no comps, even though we had made the appointment almost 2 weeks prior, said would email me comps the next day and never heard from him again, my house was appraised at 400,000 minimum by other agents, so can’t say it was a house that wouldn’t be worthwhile…..I guess he’s looking for the million dollar homes to list because he doesn’t want to work much for his money, seemed like a smart guy but boy it’s certainly more professional to say he’s not interested in taking the listing
