Completely satisfied customer. Delivery person was very friendly and very helpful with suggestions. Personnel in customer service were very personable and helpful as well.
My problem this winter has been that I have run out of propane twice, and I am suppose to be on automatic refill. Each time I’ve called and got an emergency fill up quickly. But I shouldn’t be running out 🤷♀️! It also bothers me that there is no one local that I can talk to about this issue. The call center agents are very helpful and kind. We had a great experience from the phone to the tank. We have been dealing with propane companies for 30 years. No one has come close to the customer service we have received from Ferrell Gas. For as price, no one even comes close.
They will pick up your tank just because they want to...
