Ferrell Gas has been great to work with. They are very nice and helpful whenever I have questions and placing an order is quick and simple.
We had a great experience with the technician on call, Joe who came at 1 AM to check for gas leak. He went beyond and above his duty to make sure we were safe. The scheduling service was very good too. The driver who delivered the propane gas was not so friendly , he even did not talk to us . we did not know how to turn on the propane gas, the driver was supposed to help us . Overall, the service was great and the tech was exceptional. we cannot thank him enoughj
