Im very disappointed in Ferrell Gas. My Elderly mother with cancer has been without propane for several days. She had assumed she was on autofill delivery but to her surprise she was not. She called on 2/18 and said that she was at 10%, customer service advised her she would not get a delivery by the end of the week. MY mother turned her heat down to 55 degrees to try to maintain some propane. On Sunday 2/22 she ran out, she called the on call number and never got a call back. I'm not a customer, and by the reviews I've read, and what I've experienced, I never would be. I had a simple question, so on June 10, 2025, I sent an email to their email address that, ironically, begins with "We Care". I never received a response. Five months later I got a response that read, "Deleted without being read." So, I replyed to that, and again, got no response. Four months later I received another "Deleted without being read" reply. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. We are enrolled in automatic propane delivery, yet they failed to deliver it on time and left us without heating. At the same time, I was checking my account, which showed 30% remaining, while the tank was actually at 0%. They did not deliver propane when they were supposed to, and their data is clearly inaccurate. This is a terrible company. Do not do business with them. My mother had run out of fuel and they would not deliver in a timely manner. And then when they did deliver, the driver couldn’t even get up the freshly cleaned driveway. I understand safety it at the forefront of importance but why hire someone who can’t drive in the winter and has no experience with such weather? We called to report a gas smell on Tuesday and were told that a service technician would be out to check on it that night (since this is an emergency). They did not come out or call. We contacted the company again every day and no one came out. Finally on Thursday I went out to purchase a home leak detector (propane, methane, butane) and called back to notify the company that I was detecting a leak near the tanks with the handheld meter.
