Early delivery & reasonable price.
Well I will give Ferrellgas a 3 sice I have moved to Lawrenceville Va. When I lived in Fairfax County off of route 1 I only had 1 bad experience and it was fixed that evening.. But when I moved from my old house I had a credit and I only have a gas log fireplace and have yet to get the tank filled because the fireplace did not have a shut of valve. My pregnant daughter ran out of Propane a week ago, February 9th, 2022. Her husband is in the military and has been gone away. She called Ferrell immediately and was told she would get a delivery in a couple of days. They never delivered. She called back and was told they would deliver by February 21st. After numerous calls and contacting the corporate office they notified her they would deliver today February 16th. 7 days after initial call for a delivery that she would pay for.
