My experience with Ferrellgas was awesome until I got to the delivery process. My driveway was bare down to the gravel and professionally salted and plowed. They said they were unable to deliver because of conditions. I never saw any truck marks in the driveway which tells me they never even attempted to deliver. I sent photos which showed the driveway bare. Was very frustrating when the last driver told me they couldn’t find the driveway! Never got a follow up or phone call!
Very good and friendly delivery people. Also good person in office, helped me to get a little better price, since this co seemed high over the N. Va average.
It's propane! Would be 5 stars if the driver didn't struggle to reverse on my gravel driveway next to my asphalt driveway subsequently digging the tires into the gravel creating deep grooves. Amerigas stays on my asphalt driveway and unwind their hose to my backyard for the refill as to not drive their heavy truck onto my gravel to ruin it..
On time, excellent courteous service. Complete professional .
