To Connie White - Ferrell gas was very difficult to get set up. Didn't have the size tank, etc.etc. Took forever, in fact right after I gave up and purchased a 25 gallon tank and then they called and installed the tank I wanted. Still have the 25 gallon for back up. So Connie, don't give up. THAT SAID, I ORDERED MY FIRST REFILL, THEIR PERSONNEL WERE VERY COURTEOUS, SHOWED ME WHERE THE VALVE WAS ETC. I called Ferrellgas on Friday October 27th to place an order to fill my propane tank. We were expecting to take a direct hit by Hurricane Zeta on Oct 29th here in New Orleans. I was told that I could expect a delivery on Thursday Nov 3rd. Although they never showed or called I expected that they were extremely busy because of the storm so I waited about 2 weeks to check on the delivery. I have tried to get Ferrellgas for over a month now. A rep called and was to come by - never did. I called again - spoke with the company and they told me the rep would contact me again - never happened. I called (4th time) and I started getting excuses from the receptionist. I have a restaurant and was going to use them AND start selling propane for refills. They NEVER got back with me. I figure if they are this bad in the beginning with new biz - they will be worse later.
