Awesome
Ordered and paid for propane on the same day. Was given a delivery by date of 11/14. It's now 11/17 and still no propane. This has happened Everytime I've ordered from Ferrell. I own my tank and will be finding another supplier.
Equipment is down in this area and cannot do a tank installation. Representative has no idea when or if Equipment will be repaired. Backed up with calls. I feel for the employees trying to do their jobs. Usually the case when they're about to close the doors. Probably best to find another propane dealer.
Have waited 2 weeks on delivery. Have been customers for 10 years..very disappointed!!!!
