My experience with Ferrellgas was great. The gas price was cheaper than I expected and the installation service was very professional. Everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable and courteous. I'm very satisfied with my experience.
My experience with Ferrellgas was horrible. My son accidentally hit the gas line and we shut the gas off, being afraid there could have been damage to the line. I called an appt could not be scheduled for almost two weeks. An appt. was scheduled but was never completed. A voice mail was left the night before the appt. time to reschedule until the following week. I ask for a phone call to let me know tech was on the way.
