I had a great experience with Ferrellgas. Their customer service representatives took their time in explaining their service and options available to me. Scott, our installer, truly went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable and responded promptly to any questions I had.
As always Ferrell Gas is very responsive to its customers needs. Within a couple of days of our request, Scott C. their tech, was here to install another tank. He was friendly, informative, and more than competent. It’s a pleasure doing business with a company that cares about its clients. Thank you!
Scott Carpenter helped me from day one get our propane setup for our on demand hot water heater. He walked me through every step and went out of his way day in and day out until he just finished installing our propane tank!! Everything works perfectly and scott made this such as easy process for me. I highly recommend scott and Ferrell Gas!
