Service has always been good. However last tank of propane was $3.66/gal. I checked a competitor's price and they said theirs has not been over $2.17/gal all winter. Ferrellgas charges a Hazmat fee, competitor does not. I am switching providers.
The gentleman that delivers is always friendly. We usually have a conversation. My bedroom window faces tank, so I open window and we chat while tank is filling.
We have had the same driver since we started with Ferrell and have had great above average service. he does a great job
