We are very happy and satisfied with our FERRELLGAS auto delivery service. I noticed some negative reviews by customers. We have had excellent service at our home, which is on a VERY steep driveway. The truck must drive up to deliver the fuel. Then make several maneuvers to turn around and go down. KUDOS to our driver, Jonathan O!!! We really appreciate Ferrellgas.
Definitely some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. We've been customers for a year and in that time we've suspected a gas leak multiple times, were told it was fine and finally they stopped even responding to our request to take a look or just said there was no leak without coming out to check. This winter we ran out of propane during a bad snow storm so we immediately called the next day and asked for an emergency truck.
