Worthless and frustrating company to work with. The last 3 deliveries that I have requested have all work orders have been cancelled and require me to wait even longer for propane. This time around I order propane on the 28th and was told delivery date would be by 2/4. Called in to check the status at 1pm today and was told the driver refused my delivery due to “icy roads” we are now well past the storm that hit the Nashville area and many days above freezing with rain, there is no ice on the road. About 3days before the Ice Storm we have all been dealing with, I placed a request for my tank to be filled. The request was granted, the monies were paid in full as usual, and the gas was delivered to my surprise the next day. My 500-gallon buried tank was now ready to handle the storm. I was told when I called the delivery would be handled by January 31st. That would be about a 10 day wait for me. Everyone was panicking to beat the coming Ice Storm. So we were getting low on our propane and this big winter storm was coming. I called placed order and was told the following week we would get deliverer. I not sure what happen or what but we got filled the next day before storm hit. The driver was Kenneth and I saw him at the front door. He was so sweet and told me we were good. Thanks to him and all the people at Ferrellgas for such good care.

The driver was courteous but it would have been nice to have a text or email notification of the scheduled arrival at 8:00 AM the day after Christmas. I had to scramble and wake someone up to get a vehicle moved for access. Ferrellgas had both my text number and email address.
