Recently purchased a home with my Spouse and the propane ran out right before this recent cold spell so I’ve been without heat , and warm water for 2 weeks now , FerrallGas is who I called when it ran out they first came out and said they couldn’t fill tank there was a problem with the valve and it may be leaking , that was last week this week they have shown up 2x to my house without me being there and did somethings then left only for me to come home and find out no valve has been replaced and propane has been put in tank ... read more
We had a very pleasant and uneventful delivery. This was our 1st time using them, I called late on Friday afternoon, our delivery was Monday morning. I chose Ferrellgas because their rate was 1/2 of what our normal provider was and could deliver quicker. I realize the rate was less for a 1st time customer, so we'll see how much it goes up, but fingers crossed it won't be excessive.
This is the worst place to buy gas, they came and delivered the has. Great delivery guy very nice, my problem is when the days after we starting smelling gas, so i call them to let them know and if they can stop by and take a look at it cause the smell was not all the time or every day. Well they told me that might be a little fee for coming out here. Well their little fee i think was excessive $200 for coming out here $100 for the guy that came out and $10.99 for gas money plus $14.78 on taxes. Ok i understand they uave the... read more
Delivery driver stepped on my service line pulling and breaking the pig tail causing a leak. Talking with the call center will get you nowhere as they are useless. Service guy came out telling me it was already broke and leaking in which I knew it wasn't.
