Service has always been pretty solid and have been happy doing business with them, but I was surprised on this las fill up, that I didn't receive what I had been charged for. Tank was at 31% when I called in the order. I was charged to fill an additional 60%. The delivery took place 2-3 days later, and when they left, the tank was at 84%. We only use propane for a fireplace (which had not been used) and a gas stove, so the usage is minimal, and I would be surprised if we had even used 1% prior to the delivery. I've ordered both ways, online & customer service. Great service & I usually get a refill b4 scheduled date! I love having propane in house. So much cheaper than nw natural.
Ferrellgas is just one of those old-fashioned companies who know how to put their customers first. Always there when I need them. Always prompt, courteous, careful and kind. Fair price too!
