I showed up without an appointment and needed 2 tanks recertification and filled. The staff was super helpful and explained how the process worked and once I pulled the chain at the station the horn sounded and the process started. I was in and out with payment within 10 min. Pretty impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable team. Thank you for being my new place to get certifications and fills!

Been with ferrellgas for a few years now and at the beginning it was great. Very good customer service that was local and they always beat the competitors price. The last 2 fills i no longer speak to someone in the same state as me and they will not meet or beat competitor price as ferrellgas is almost .90 cents higher than other local propane providers. Disappointed in the company's changing of their values
NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH. FIND SOMEONE ELSE THAT WILL PUT YOU FIRST. OUR HEAT IS OUT AND THEY WONT PUT ANY PRIORITY TO COME OUT WHEN WE HAVE A BABY AND DOGS IN THE HOUSE. IT IS BELOW 0 OUT. THAT IS INHUMANE TO DO THIS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
