Fill my propane tank good. Than decide to shut it off tank because I was not home. Tried to charge me to comeback $$$ to undo what they did. Outrageous never again

I have not had any issues with Ferrellgas. They have a meter on the gas that tells them when my gas gets down to a certain percentage and they show up and fill it up. Zero hassle. My card is automatically charged each time they fill up the tank. I never run out of gas and if there is a blizzard, I know I will still have several weeks of gas in my tank. It is quite relieving since I live on a dirt road that sometimes becomes completely inaccessible depending on the weather.

We had called to set up service and the lady in customer service service was really nice and helpful told us that somebody would be in contact with us in a couple days three weeks later I had to call back because no one was in contact with us. They said they was gonna put a rush on it and send us to scheduling another week went by no one had called us so we called again and somebody actually came out to set up the tank. I have had a good experience with customer service, deliveries, etc. The price is what keeps me from that 5 star rating. Other suppliers have come in 40 cents or more less expensive per gallon when I've checked (not just for the initial fill up which is always cheaper). That's a big deal. If it was 5 or 10 cents? Whatever. But that much of a difference or more multiplied by hundreds of gallons adds up. I have both positive and negative experiences with Ferrellgas. We have been using them since 2002 when we had our home built. We are on a keep-full program and have never let us run out. On the negative side, the price per gallon for propane is typically 15-20% higher than all the other companies servicing our area. Another issue is we rent a 1000-gallon buried tank.
