We had called to set up service and the lady in customer service service was really nice and helpful told us that somebody would be in contact with us in a couple days three weeks later I had to call back because no one was in contact with us. They said they was gonna put a rush on it and send us to scheduling another week went by no one had called us so we called again and somebody actually came out to set up the tank. I have had a good experience with customer service, deliveries, etc. The price is what keeps me from that 5 star rating. Other suppliers have come in 40 cents or more less expensive per gallon when I've checked (not just for the initial fill up which is always cheaper). That's a big deal. If it was 5 or 10 cents? Whatever. But that much of a difference or more multiplied by hundreds of gallons adds up. I have both positive and negative experiences with Ferrellgas. We have been using them since 2002 when we had our home built. We are on a keep-full program and have never let us run out. On the negative side, the price per gallon for propane is typically 15-20% higher than all the other companies servicing our area. Another issue is we rent a 1000-gallon buried tank. Our contract says we have the option to buy the tank. I have tried a few times to request the buyout option and the person has never heard of that option or jus... read more

Unbelievably poor service. I have two propane tanks for machinery that I needed certified and filled: I sat in their office for 30 minutes, was acknowledged by an employee, but never helped. There is an adjacent office where I heard a manager, saying very unprofessional things to an employee, I’m incredibly dissatisfied. I ended up leaving and will get my tanks filled elsewhere
